What are Popcar’s Community Rules?

Our team works hard to ensure every Popcar vehicle is regularly serviced and cleaned. We also rely on our members to help keep our vehicles in great condition, as car sharing is a shared responsibility.

Please follow these Community Rules during every booking:

• Return the vehicle on time so the next member isn't affected. If you're unable to return the vehicle on time, let us know as soon as possible.
• Smoking and littering are strictly prohibited in all Popcar vehicles.
• Keep pets in a carrier at all times, as pet fur may trigger allergies for other members.
• Take all personal belongings with you and clean up after yourself before ending your booking.
• Return the vehicle to its designated parking bay. If the designated bay is occupied, please follow the steps outlined in our article: "What should I do if the designated parking bay is occupied?"
• Complete the pre-trip and post-trip vehicle condition reports. This helps protect you from being held responsible for any damage that was not caused during your booking.
