Here’s how to delete your Popcar account:
1. Launch the Popcar app.
2. Tap on Account on the bottom right of the screen and tap on Settings.
3. Tap on Delete account > Initiate account deletion.
4. Fill in the form with your details.
Once you submit the form, our team will process your account deletion. This process will take up to 60 business days.
Here are some things to keep in mind when deleting your Popcar account:
- If you have any upcoming bookings, they must be cancelled first. Cancellation fees may apply.
- If you have any outstanding fees or summons, you will be notified via email to pay the outstanding amount before we proceed to delete your account.
- If you wish to use Popcar again in the future, you will need to set up a new account.
We’re always sad to see a Popcar user go. But if you change your mind, we’ll always save you a seat for the Freedom to Drive.
