How to Update Your Mobile Number or Personal Particulars

To avoid creating a duplicate account, please do not sign up with your new mobile number. 

Instead, submit the relevant request form based on the infomration you wish to update:

• Change of Mobile Number: Submit the Change of Mobile Number Form.
• Change of Particulars: Submit the Change of Particulars Form for any updates to any of the following
   
  • Residential Address
  • Email Address
  • Legal Name
  • Driver's License

Note: If you need to update more than one personal particulars, please submit a separate request form for each individual change.
