Community Cleanliness Rules

To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, all members must follow these core vehicle rules:

• Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles because smoke and other strong odours can harm other passengers' health.
• Pets are only permitted if kept in carriers because pet hair can cause allergic reactions for other members.
• Service animals are allowed, but you must notify us in advance so that we can clean the vehicle for the next user.
