My tyre is flat! What should I do?

If you notice that one of the tyres is flat during your booking, stop the vehicle when it is safe to do so.

First, check whether there are any visible foreign objects lodged in the tyre (such as a nail or screw) or if the tyre appears damaged.

• If the tyre is punctured or damaged, please let us know immediately. Our Support Team will assess the situation and advise you on the next steps.
• If the tyre is only low on air and there are no signs of damage or puncture, you may proceed to the nearest fuel station to inflate it.

After inflating the tyre, please let us know so we can arrange for the vehicle to be inspected once your booking has ended.
