What if the car has less than ¼ fuel at the start of the trip?

If the vehicle has less than ¼ tank of fuel when you start your booking, we recommend driving to the nearest fuel station and using the fuel card provided in the vehicle to refuel.

If you're unable to use the fuel card, you may pay for the fuel yourself and submit a reimbursement request here: https://getgo.jotform.com/form/260881101148451 

When submitting your reimbursement request, please ensure you have:

• A copy of the fuel receipt.
• A clear photo of the dashboard before refuelling, showing the fuel level.
• A clear photo of the dashboard after refuelling, showing the updated fuel level.

These photos help us verify and process your reimbursement request more quickly.

If you're concerned that there isn't enough fuel to safely reach the nearest fuel station, let us know before continuing your journey. Our Support Team will assess the situation and advise you on the next steps.
