What is the new KYC feature about?

We have introduced a Know-Your-Customer (KYC) identity verification feature directly within the Popcar app to keep our community and fleet safe.

Why is KYC verification necessary?

Implementing KYC verification allows us to protect our members and maintain a high-quality fleet through three key benefits:

• Preventing Identity Theft: Ensures that only authorised account holders can book and drive Popcar vehicles.

• Deterring Fraudulent Activity: Blocks malicious users from creating unauthorised or fake accounts.
