Refueling Your Popcar

Popcar vehicles come with a fuel card that allows users to refuel the vehicles without any cost.

Fuel Card Usage Policy

The fuel cards may only be used for the purpose of refuelling Popcar vehicles, as stated in Clause 2.12, which you have agreed to when you signed up with Popcar.

Penalties for Fuel Card Misuse

Popcar closely monitors all refuelling activities. Any misuse or unauthorised use of the fuel card will result in strict penalties:

• Administrative Fee: An $800 administrative fee will be charged to the account holder.

• Cost Recovery: You will be billed for the full cost of the misused fuel or charging session.

• Account Action & Legal Steps: Depending on the severity of the violation, Popcar may suspend your account, report the incident to the police, or both.
