Misuse of Fuel Card

Popcar vehicles come with a fuel card that allows users to refuel the vehicles without any cost.

The fuel cards may only be used for the purpose of refuelling Popcar vehicles, as stated in Clause 2.12, which you have agreed to when you signed up with Popcar.

Popcar closely monitors all refuelling and charging activities. If there is any misuse of the fuel or charging functions, an administrative fee of $800 will be charged to the user, in addition to the recovery of the total fuel or charging cost.

Depending on the severity of the offence, Popcar may suspend the user's account, report the case to the police, or take both actions.
