At Popcar, keeping your personal information secure is our top priority.

Popcar uses a third party Facial Verification Provider to safeguard your information.

Your biometric data will be used only for authentication and we keep your personal information for as long as you have an account with us. If you close your Popcar account, we will delete your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

However,  we are required to keep certain kinds of information for longer. This sort of information is often related to payment transactions, for fraud detection, incoming infringement/penalty fees responsible to you, or for safety reasons.

Your personal data will never be shared with a third party without a valid business or legal reason, a data sharing agreement in place, or without your consent.
