How do I sign up to Popcar?

If you are signing up manually, follow the step-by-step instructions below to submit your driving licence and complete your identity verification.

Step-by-Step Manual Sign Up Process

Step 1: Select your document’s issuing country.

Step 2: Include a photo of the front and back of your driving licence.

Step 3: After submitting your driving licence, tap I’m ready for a selfie.

To ensure your selfie verification is approved instabtly, please check the following:

• The camera lens is clean
• You are in a well-lit place but out of direct sunlight
• You have a background without any distractions

Important:

You are given a total of 5 attempts to verify your identity. If you're unable to complete your identity verification after 5 attempts, or if you need to submit your driving licence and supporting documents for verification, please email applications@popcar.com.au.

Once we receive your documents, please allow up to 48 hours for verification. We'll notify you by email once your account has been successfully verified.
