It can be frustrating when someone else takes your designated spot, but we have a strict process to follow to ensure you aren't penalized!
If you are unable to return your vehicle because the designated Popcar bay is occupied by another car, you must follow these steps before ending your booking:
- Take clear photos showing the vehicle that has occupied the Popcar bay, making sure its registration number (license plate) is clearly visible.
- Drive to the nearest untimed/legal parking area and park the Popcar vehicle there safely.
- Take photos of exactly where you have parked the Popcar vehicle.
Email Our Team: Email all of your photos, along with the address of where you parked the Popcar vehicle, to parking@popcar.com.au
Important Note: You must follow this process and communicate with our team! If you fail to return the vehicle to its designated parking bay or area and do not follow these steps, you will be liable for a Convenience Fee from Popcar to retrieve the vehicle.
On top of any parking charges or parking infringements incurred if the vehicle is parked illegally.
