How do I unlock the car?

To unlock your Popcar vehicle:

1. Tap the Ongoing booking card in the Popcar app.

   

2. Tap Connect to Car and wait a few moments for the connection to be established.
3. Once connected, tap Unlock.

You're now ready to drive! 🚙

Having trouble unlocking the car?

Try these troubleshooting steps:

1. Close the Popcar app completely.
2. Turn your phone's Bluetooth off, then back on.
3. Reopen the Popcar app and try connecting to the vehicle again.

If the issue persists, reinstall the Popcar app and try again.
