How do I view my transaction history?

You can view your transaction history in the Popcar app for the last 30 days. Each transaction will display one of the following statuses:

• Charged - The transaction has been charged to your payment method.
• Cancelled - The transaction was cancelled.
• Refunded - The transaction has been refunded.

If you haven't made a booking yet, your transaction history will be empty.

To keep the app running smoothly, only transactions from the last 30 days (from the date you're viewing them) are displayed.

If you need a copy of transactions older than 30 days, let us know and we'll be happy to help retrieve them.
