If the car you booked is not at the designated bay, follow these steps:
- Double-check the pickup address and location description in your booking details on the Popcar app to ensure you are in the exact right spot.
- If the vehicle is still nowhere to be found, please reach out to us immediately through Live Chat on the Popcar app
- Be sure to share your Booking ID and the vehicle's licence plate number with our Support Team so we can quickly track down the car for you.
