Can I adjust the start time of my booking to begin earlier?

Once your booking is confirmed, you cannot shorten your original booking duration.
 

This means you cannot:

Change your booking start time to a later time (e.g. changing a 1pm start to 2pm).
Change your booking end time to an earlier time (e.g. changing a 6pm end to 4pm).

 

What changes are allowed?

You may extend your booking, subject to the vehicle's availability.

This means you can:

Bring your start time earlier (e.g. changing a 1pm start to 12:30pm).
Extend your end time later (e.g. changing a 6pm end to 7pm).

Go to Bookings, then tap Active and select your upcoming booking

Tap Edit booking

Drag the top of your booking window to an earlier start time

Tap Save

Tap Confirm

Important: All booking amendments are subject to vehicle availability. If another member has already booked the vehicle before or after your booking, the amendment won't be available.
