We rely on our community to keep vehicles clean for everyone! If a vehicle is returned dirty and requires cleaning, a flat cleaning fee of $300 will apply.
To avoid this fee, please return the vehicle in a condition similar to or better than when you collected it. Please keep these specific guidelines in mind:
- No Smoking or Vaping: This is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in account suspension and the $300 cleaning fee.
- Pets: You are welcome to bring pets, but they must be kept in a proper pet carrier, and you must clean up after them.
- Food and Smells: We encourage you not to eat in the vehicle, as you will be held responsible for any spills. Do not bring pungent items like durians or open paint inside.
- Exterior: Excessive mud or dirt on the vehicle's body, tires, or rims will not be tolerated.
- Strike Rule: A 3rd-time cleanliness offender will be permanently banned from the platform.
Always take and submit pre-trip and post-trip condition photos via the App. If you don't have photographic proof that a mess was already there, you may be held liable for the cleaning fees
