Why did my First Drive promo code disappear?

The First Drive promo code is only valid for your first booking.

If you've already completed your first booking without applying the promo code, it will automatically expire and can no longer be used for future bookings.

If you haven't completed your first booking yet, the promo code will remain available in your Promo Code Wallet until it is used or expires.

Please note that if you apply the promo code and then change your selected vehicle or create a new booking, the promo code may be removed automatically. This is expected behaviour, as promo codes must be re-applied before confirming each new booking.

Important: Promo codes are not applied automatically. Before confirming your booking, make sure you have manually added, selected and applied your First Drive promo code. If your first booking is confirmed without the promo code, it cannot be added afterwards or transferred to a future booking.
