If you're nearby the vehicle and there are no ongoing bookings, head over to Live Chat. These requirements are necessary for any unlock requests:
- Successful facial verification (Initiated via the app by our support agent)
- A clear selfie with the vehicle showing the car plate
You may submit a Lost and Found report if you are not nearby or are unsure if you have lost your item in the car. To assist us in the recovery of your item, please ensure that your description of the item is precise and specific.
Please remember that Popcar will not be held responsible for any lost items.
