Can I opt out of insurance?

All Popcar vehicles are covered by Compulsory Third Party (CTP) and Comprehensive Motor Insurance. 

In case of an accident, the insurance coverage will help to pay for the bills that exceed our excess amount, such as the other party's medical bills and/or damage to their vehicle. The policy also pays for legal fees if you end up in court due to the accident.

It is illegal to drive without insurance and you will be prosecuted as per the relevant state laws and may face other financial implications from claims that arise from an accident or incident.
