My car just broke down. What should I do?

Oh no, we’re sorry that’s happening to you. Follow these steps and we’ll help you out as soon as we can.

1. Go to your current booking page.
2. Tap on Report an issue.
3. Tell us where your car broke down.
4. Give us details of the breakdown. E.g. punctured tyre, brakes not working, steering alignment issue.

As noted in our Terms and Conditions, these are chargeable when they are reported: 

• Immobilisation of the vehicle due to an empty fuel tank; and
• Any damage that is the result of the negligent use of the vehicle’s components, mechanical parts, and/or computer or electronic system. E.g. punctured tire, windscreen cracks, etc.
