What is considered major damage?
Major damage includes, but is not limited to:
- Large scratches, scrapes, or dents
- Structural damage to the vehicle
- Damage requiring parts to be repaired or replaced
- Any damage that makes the vehicle unsafe or undriveable
If the vehicle is not safe to drive or cannot be returned to its designated parking bay, please contact our Support Team immediately on 02 9001 4888 (available daily from 9am to 10pm).

If the incident occurs outside our operating hours, please email us at hello@popcar.com.au with the details. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
We'll assess the situation and advise you on the next steps, including arranging towing if required.
What is considered minor damage?
Minor damage includes:
- Small scratches, scrapes, or dents
- Minor damage to wheel rims or tyres
- Minor windscreen chips or cracks that do not affect the driver's visibility
If the vehicle remains safe to drive, you may continue your journey and return it to its designated parking bay at the end of your booking.
Please report the damage by tapping Report an Accident on your booking page in the app, or contact our Support Team so we can arrange for the vehicle to be inspected after your booking.
Important: Please report any damage as soon as possible, even if it appears minor. Prompt reporting helps us keep our vehicles safe and available for other members.
