Why am I charged loss of use when the vehicle is still available for booking?

Loss of use refers to a vehicle's downtime for repairs after an accident, and you may incur charges for it if the damaged vehicle is unavailable for bookings. 

Additionally, you may also face charges for loss of use if the damage is minor and does not require immediate repair.

In these cases, the repair period for that damage will occur in the future, and we will then charge for loss of use at that time. 

The calculation for a vehicle's loss of use is based on the Maximum Time Charge per 24-hour booking period (full-day rate) as outlined in Clause 6.1 of the Terms and conditions. The number of 24-hour periods is determined by the duration our appointed workshop needs to complete the necessary repairs.
